目的分析住院老年精神障碍患者的临床特点，探究其护理效果。方法选取2013年3月~2015年1月在我院精神科住院的患有精神障碍的63例老年患者进行研究，将其分为常规组（n=28）和综合组（n=35），常规组予以常规护理，综合组予以综合性护理，观察老年精神障碍患者的临床特点，观察比较其临床护理效果。结果常规组总有效率为82%，综合组总有效率为97%，组间比较，<0.05，常规组生活质量评分为（86.7±3.4）分，综合组生活质量评分为（95.3±2.2）分，组间比较，T=41.591，<0.05。结论住院老年精神障碍患者会出现幻听、紧张、兴奋、睡眠形态紊乱等多种症状，予以综合性护理干预，可以提高患者的生活质量，效果显著。“,”Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with mental disorders, and to explore the ef ect of nursing care. Methods From March 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital psychiatric inpatients with mental disorders in 63 cases of elderly patients with mental disorders, the patients were divided into conventional group (n=28) and the integrated group (n=35), the conventional group were given routine care, comprehensive care, to observe the clinical characteristics of patients with mental disorders, the clinical nursing ef ect. Results The total ef ective rate was 82%in the conventional group, the total ef ective rate was 97%in the combined group, the group was 0.05, and the quality of life in the conventional group was (86.7±3.4). The quality of life in the composite group was (95.3±2.2). Conclusion The hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders wil hal ucinations, nervous and excited, disturbed sleep pat erns, such as a variety of symptoms, and be comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients, the ef ect is remarkable.
