“大上海计划”是近代上海第一次全面、综合的城市整体发展规划,在上海城市建设史上具有开创性,对后来上海乃至国内其他城市的建设产生了深远影响。本文简述“大上海计划”产生的历史背景,并从计划的选址过程、实施过程、实施时决策的科学性、规划布局及建筑式样等特点及其中断原因进行分析总结。
“Grand Shanghai Plan ” is the first comprehensive comprehensive urban development plan in Shanghai in modern history, which has made groundbreaking achievements in the urban construction of Shanghai and profoundly influenced the later construction of Shanghai and even other domestic cities. This article briefly describes the historical background of the “Greater Shanghai Project” and analyzes the characteristics of the planned location, the implementation process, the scientific decision-making at the time of implementation, the planning and layout, the architectural style, and the causes of the interruption.
