我国高职院校的快速发展对整个高等教育的发展起到了重大作用。然而,就目前高职院校所存在的问题来看,除基础薄弱外,较为突出的问题在于教学过程不适应社会对技能型综合素质人才的需求。因而在高职院校教学过程中激励机制的构建对高职学生综合素质培养是很有必要的。
The rapid development of China’s higher vocational colleges has played a significant role in the development of higher education. However, in view of the problems existing in vocational colleges at present, in addition to the weak foundation, the more prominent problem is that the teaching process does not meet the needs of the society for skilled and comprehensive talents. Therefore, the construction of incentive mechanism in the process of teaching in higher vocational colleges is necessary for the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.
