新世纪的今天,社会发生着日新月异的变化,人类的迁徙聚散都影响着教育的规划和布局。随着人口的流动,为了满足教育的需要,大量的新建学校如雨后春笋般成长起来。在高度重视教育的今天,人们都希望新建的每一所学校都是一所有文化的学校。但新建学校的文化建设为什么建和怎样建等引发了笔者的深深思考。一、新建学校抓文化建设的缘由(一)走出四个误区一提到学校文化,人们的认识不尽相同,但比较容易走进四个误区:
