富士康跳楼事件反映出企业青少年员工在培养独立人格、保持身心健康、面对困难和挫折、实现职业理想与个人价值、发展社会关系等方面没有得到相应的科学的教育与管理。企业、学校、家庭和社会应共同努力,完善相应制度和措施,加强企业青少年员工的挫折教育与心理危机管理,提高青少年的心理健康水平和自我调节能力,保障青少年的健康成长与成功成才。
Reflecting on the Foxconn jump-building incident, young employees of enterprises did not get appropriate scientific education and management in cultivating independent personality, maintaining physical and mental health, facing difficulties and setbacks, realizing professional ideal and personal value, and developing social relations. Enterprises, schools, families and society should make concerted efforts to improve corresponding systems and measures, reinforce the frustration education and psychological crisis management of young employees in enterprises, enhance their mental health and self-adjustment ability, and ensure the healthy growth and successful achievement of young people.
