From April 17 to April 20, 1991, the Fifth National Seminar on Heat Treatment was held in Tianjin. The conference collected 96 papers and 96 abstracts of selected papers, and published the Proceedings of the Fifth Annual National Heat Treatment Conference . These papers show the latest achievements of our country’s heat treatment workers in basic research, research and development of new technologies and new products in the past four years and the technical progress and production level of our country’s heat treatment production.
