企业人力资源管理是现代化企业管理中的热门问题,也是提升企业核心竞争力的最有效途径所在。本文从探讨人力资源管理对于企业的重要意义出发,详细阐述了人力资源管理对于企业的重要性和重要地位。而后又深入分析了现代我国企业人力资源管理中的具体问题所在。最后,结合自身多年工作研究经验,笔者在本文提出了相应的完善性策略。
Enterprise human resource management is a hot issue in modern enterprise management and also the most effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article discusses the importance of human resource management to the enterprise and elaborates on the importance and importance of human resource management to the enterprise. Then it analyzes the specific problems in the modern human resource management of our country. Finally, combined with my own years of work experience, the author put forward the corresponding improvement strategy in this paper.
