内蒙古油气投资股份有限公司2014年9月28日宣布成立,拟5年内建2条天然气管道、3条清洁油管道,预计总投资额753亿元,2017年投产。内蒙古油气投资股份有限公司初始注册资本为15亿元,其中内蒙古交通投资有限责任公司认缴6亿元,占股40%,中国天伦燃气控股有限公司认缴5亿元,占股33.33%,内蒙古明华能源集团有限公司认缴4亿元,占股26.67%。
Inner Mongolia Oil and Gas Investment Co., Ltd. announced on September 28, 2014 that it plans to build two natural gas pipelines and three clean oil pipelines in five years. The estimated total investment is 75.3 billion yuan and will be put into operation in 2017. Inner Mongolia Oil and Gas Investment Co., Ltd. initial registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan, of which Inner Mongolia Transport Investment Co., Ltd. subscribed 600 million yuan, accounting for 40% of the shares, China Tianlun Gas Holdings Limited subscribed 500 million yuan, accounting for 33.33% of the shares, Inner Mongolia Minghua Energy Group Co., Ltd. subscribed 400 million yuan, accounting for 26.67% of the shares.
