吉林铁路局朝阳川工务段修配所的75公斤空气锤(其锤身与砧子铸成一体,砧子受力直接传到锤身),锤身上部弯角处,自1979年开始出现裂纹,先用铸铁焊条、后用白钢焊条两次焊接,都未控制裂纹扩展,至1981年10月,裂纹延伸至锤身两侧,共计长度达530毫米,其壁厚31毫米全部裂透,工务段已申请报废。经商定,于81年10月初用无机胶粘剂粘接,粘后正常使用,至82年底观察,状态仍良好,使购置价值为8615元的设备复活。现将粘接工艺介绍如下:
