Mao Yushi believes that the problems of declining consumption, rising prices, excessively high foreign exchange reserves, high housing prices and the stock market bubble all stem from the distortion of basic price signals. Therefore, the prescription he gave to China’s economic confusion is “to reverse the distortion of the price signal”
