本文先介绍了医患关系的现状,并分析了医患关系紧张的原因,从创建医院文化建设的角度就制度、物质和精神建设三方面提出了建议。
This article first introduces the current status of the doctor-patient relationship and analyzes the reasons for the tension between doctors and patients. From the perspective of building a hospital culture, this article puts forward suggestions on three aspects: system, material and spiritual construction.
