我段运用SS_3型机车近四年来,发生级间冲动故障的车较多。此类故障在库内又不易查找具体的故障所,严重威胁着我段的行车安全。如何解决这个问题呢?我们对SS_3型机车的级间冲动故障原因进行了全面分析,归纳起来主要有三种:(1) 硅机组上的可控硅未正常触发;(2) 调压开关至硅机组间的铜排母线及软连线断路;(3) 电子柜的退位插件的631线误输出了负的指令信号。对(1)、(2)两种原因,只需加强日常检查维护即可,本文只对(3)种原因的预防措施进行探讨。首先,我们来分析一下,造成退位插件的631线误输出负的指令信号的原因有哪些?原因之一是退位插件本身损坏,出现计数器不置零,计数器始终于“1”态、场效应管
I use SS_3 locomotive nearly four years, the occurrence of interstellar impulse failure of the car more.
