一、前言游标卡尺尺框(带有内、外量爪)形状复杂、精度要求高,加工工序繁多,生产中废品率有时较高。为提高产品质量和劳动生产率,从减少加工工序入手,进行了0~125毫米镀铬游标卡尺尺框的精冲工艺试验。在精冲模具的设计、制造和试用中,出现了底模开裂和精冲件断口撕裂、断口粗糙等质量问题。通过失效分析找出原因后,改进了底模的设计和锻造及热处理工艺,使这些问题得到解决。本文拟就此作一扼要介绍。
I. INTRODUCTION The Vernier caliper frame (with inner and outer jaws) has complex shapes, high precision requirements and numerous processing steps. The rejection rate in production is sometimes high. In order to improve product quality and labor productivity, starting from the reduction of processing operations, the 0 ~ 125 mm chrome-plated vernier caliper frame precision punching process test. In the fine blanking die design, manufacture and trial, there has been the bottom mold cracking and fine blanking fracture, fracture rough quality problems. Through the failure analysis to find out the reasons, the design and forging of bottom mold and heat treatment process are improved, so that these problems are solved. This article is intended to make a brief introduction to this.
