The Communist International, the Third International, is an international coalition of communist parties and communist organizations of all countries. After the outbreak of World War I, most Social Democrats in the Second International blatantly betrayed the cause of the proletariat. In order to unite the revolutionary leftists in various countries, Lenin set about establishing the Third International. On March 2, 1919, the communist representatives of 30 countries held a meeting in Moscow and adopted Lenin’s “Outline on the Bourgeois Democracy and the Proletariat’s Dictatorship” drafted by Lenin, the Comintern Declaration, the International Plan of Action of the Communist Party, Declared Comintern established.
