钱江隧道江北工作井起讫里程桩号(以左线计)为LK11+978~LK12+005,是盾构机的调头井,在施工阶段需满足接收、调头、始发3个功能,在运营阶段,需考虑行车、通风、设备、消防、疏散救援等功能。基坑平面尺寸设计成49.4 m×29.4 m,深27.3 m,属于软土地区超深基坑。围护结构采用54 m深、1.2 m厚地下连续墙,内支撑采用5道钢筋混凝土支撑和1道钢管支撑,平面布置采用斜角撑形式。主体结构分析考虑了3个阶段,即基坑开挖阶段、盾构机调头作业阶段、运营阶段。其中盾构机调头作业阶段考虑了6个工况。主体结构内衬墙浇筑采用了半逆筑法施工以减少结构变形、提高安全性;同时,鉴于江北工作井周围无敏感建筑物,且总体工期较为紧张,因此,混凝土支撑采用了爆破拆除方案。
