预备姿势:两脚并步直立,双手握拳屈肘收抱于腰侧,拳心向上(图一)。第一节:手型变换①左脚向左跨出半步与肩同宽,两臂内旋从腰侧向前冲出,拳心朝下。目视两拳(图二)。②两拳变掌,从体前向下,向两侧,向上弧形摆至头上方成横掌,掌指相对,挺胸抬头。目视两掌(图三)。③两臂从上向左右下落至侧平举,同时两掌变成勾手,勾尖朝下,双目平视。④左脚向右脚靠拢成并步,两手变拳屈肘收抱于腰侧,双目平视。⑤~⑧同①~④,方向相反。
