嫁接能提高黄瓜抗病、抗寒性、适应性,促其根系发达,增产显著、效益好,是目前解决土传病害的有效方法。运用工厂化育苗技术,能为无公害基地一次提供大量而整齐划一的优质种苗,且育出的种苗具有以下特点:根系发达,苗齐苗壮,生长速度快;根系整齐,缓苗快,成活率高;。通过几年的探索,笔者已经掌握适合黄瓜工厂化穴盘育苗的穴盘插接嫁接技术,现将黄瓜穴盘嫁接育苗过程中几个关键问题概述如下。1.设施准备
