在毛主席“以粮为纲,全面发展”的伟大方针指引下,近年来我区各种油菜面积迅速扩大,普遍获得较好的收成。实践证明,种好油菜;不仅是食油的重要来源,而且能培养地力,改良土壤,提高后作物的产量。我区平和县的南胜,云霄县的双溪口,龙海县的白水等地,历年都把油菜当为主要冬种作物来抓,并积累了丰富的栽培经验,选育出适于当地种植的优良农家品种。现将调查材料,整理于下,供各地参考。一、品种选择
