印尼政府6月2日公布的一项“关于外资公司股份所有权”的法令规定,为外资新开放9个重要部门,放宽对外资参股的限制,也放宽外资最低投资额以及场地选择等万面的限制。 对外资新开放的9个部门是:港口、公共电力的生产及输送、电讯、海运、航空、饮水、铁路、原子能和新闻媒介。由于这9个部门对国计民生是具有战略意义。因此,印尼政府目前只允许外国资本同印尼有关部门举办合资企业,而禁止外国开办独资企业。
The Indonesian government announced on June 2 a “law on the ownership of shares in foreign-owned companies,” which stipulates that nine major departments should be newly opened to foreign investors to relax the restrictions on foreign participation and relax the minimum foreign investment and venue selection limit. The nine sectors newly opened to foreign investment are: ports, the production and delivery of public electricity, telecommunications, shipping, aviation, water, railways, atomic energy and the media. Because these nine departments are of strategic importance to national economy and the people’s livelihood. Therefore, at present, the Indonesian government allows only foreign capitals to hold joint ventures with the Indonesian authorities and banned foreign-owned start-ups.
