目的:用气质联用法分析侧柏顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)与水蒸气蒸馏(DSE)的挥发性成分。方法:采用DSE法提取侧柏枝叶挥发性成分,以气质联用仪对其进行分析;优化HS-SPME条件,以气质联用仪分析其挥发性成分。结果:DSE法分析得到62个挥发性成分,鉴定出50个成分;HS-SPME法分析得到68个挥发性成分,鉴定出67个成分。结论:顶空固相微萃取比水蒸气蒸馏法具有更高的检索匹配度和灵敏度,更适合侧柏挥发性成分的分析。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of oriental arborvitae headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) and steam distillation (DSE) by GC / MS. Methods: The volatile constituents from leaves and leaves of Oriental Arborvitae were extracted by DSE method and analyzed by GC-MS. The conditions of HS-SPME were optimized, and the volatile components were analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: Sixty-two volatile components were identified by the DSE method and fifty components were identified. Sixty-eight volatile components were identified by HS-SPME and 67 were identified. Conclusion: Headspace solid-phase microextraction has higher retrieval match and sensitivity than water vapor distillation, which is more suitable for the analysis of the volatile components of oriental arborvitae.
