运用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了W0723F和FL7540的非等温结晶行为,降温速率从25℃/min增加到40℃/min,W0723F的结晶半峰宽从9.5变为14.4,而FL7540从8.1变为11.7,W0723F结晶受较大影响,半峰宽变的更宽,结晶变得更缓慢;用Jeziorny法和莫志深法对所得数据进行分析,在相对结晶度为60%时,W0723F和FL7540的F(T)分别为14.05和8.37,W0723F结晶速率低;制膜过程改变冷辊温度,冷辊温度为20℃、40℃时对W0723F的强度和透明性有较大的影响,非等温动力学对制膜工艺参数选择有重要指导意义。
The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of W0723F and FL7540 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The cooling rate was increased from 25 ℃ / min to 40 ℃ / min. The FWHM of W0723F changed from 9.5 to 14.4, 8.1 changed to 11.7, W0723F crystallized by a greater impact, broader half-width changes wider, the crystallization becomes more slow; with Jeziorny method and Mo Chi deep analysis of the data obtained at a relative crystallinity of 60%, W0723F And F (T) of FL7540 were 14.05 and 8.37, respectively. The crystallization rate of W0723F was low. The temperature of the cold roll was changed during the film forming process. The temperature and the temperature of the cold roll were 20 ℃ and 40 ℃, respectively, which had a great influence on the strength and transparency of W0723F. Isothermal kinetics of the membrane process parameters have an important guiding significance.
