2002年,世贸组织各成员针对农产品和食品出口新出台的技术性贸易壁垒措施15个,卫生与植物卫生措施814个,这些数字意味着我国农产品出口将面对越来越高的门槛。
In 2002, WTO members 15 newly introduced technical barriers to trade and 814 sanitary and phytosanitary measures for their exports of agricultural products and food. These figures mean that China’s agricultural exports will face increasingly higher barriers to entry.
