今年上半年,宏观经济运行保持了增长比较快、效益比较好、价格比较稳的良好局面,实现了“十一五”规划的良好开局。同时,经济生活中也存在一些突出矛盾和可能影响经济社会发展全局的重大问题,主要是：投资增长偏快,货币供应量偏高,对外贸易顺差偏大,房地产价格上涨过快等。解决这些问题,需要妥善协调各方面的宏观调控政策,加强政策配套,努力实现宏观调控政策效果的总体最优。在宏观调控中,应注意把短期问题的解决与长期发展目标的实现结合起来,促进经济持续平稳较快发展。
In the first half of this year, the macroeconomic operation maintained a favorable situation of relatively fast growth, relatively good returns and relatively stable prices, and achieved a good start for the “Eleventh Five-year” Plan. At the same time, there are also some major issues in the economic life that highlight the contradictions and may affect the overall economic and social development. The main problems are: the rapid investment growth, the high money supply, the large foreign trade surplus and the soaring real estate prices. To solve these problems, we need to properly coordinate the macro-control policies in all aspects, strengthen the policy support and strive to achieve the overall optimality of the macro-control policy. In macroeconomic regulation and control, attention should be paid to combining the solution of short-term problems with the achievement of long-term development goals to promote sustained, steady and rapid economic development.
