当前,随着国际化水平不断提高,工作岗位要求毕业生具有较高的英语口语能力。但是,现阶段,我国高职类英语教学仍然停留在纸质的期末考试,通过三级考试要求方面,学校培养出来的人才难以满足工作岗位的要求。高职护理英语教学中,应加强高职护生英语口语能力的培养以适应未来护理工作岗位需求。
At present, as the level of internationalization continues to increase, jobs require graduates to have a higher oral English ability. However, at this stage, English teaching in higher vocational education in our country still stays in the paper final exam. The personnel trained by the school can not meet the requirements of the job through the three-level examination requirements. In higher vocational nursing English teaching, we should strengthen the cultivation of oral English ability of nursing students in higher vocational schools to meet the needs of future nursing jobs.
