目的:探讨妇科复用金属人流吸头管腔的有效清洗方法,建立标准化管理流程,确保复用金属人流吸头的灭菌质量。方法:随机抽取我院妇科门诊同质污染的复用金属人流吸头100个,分为A、B2组,每组各50个。A组:人工刷洗——超声波清洗机清洗——水煮——烘干。B组:人工刷洗——超声波清洗机清洗——烘干。采用目测法,隐血试验,检测清洗效果。结果:A、B2组妇科复用金属人流吸头合格率依次为100%,95%.结论:妇科复用金属人流吸头的最佳清洗方法是手工清洗,超声波清洗机清洗,水煮。
Objective: To explore the effective cleaning method of the gynecological reusable metal flow pipette lumens and to establish a standardized management process to ensure the sterilization quality of the reusable metal flow nozzle. Methods: We randomly selected 100 multiplexed metal flow tip of gynecology outpatient department in our hospital, divided into A and B2 groups, 50 in each group. Group A: Manual brushing - ultrasonic cleaning machine washing - boiled - drying. Group B: artificial brushing - ultrasonic cleaning machine washing - drying. Visual method, occult blood test, test cleaning effect. Results: The pass rates of gynecological re-use metal flow tip in group A and B2 were 100% and 95%, respectively.Conclusion: The best cleaning method of gynecological reused metal flow tip is manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning machine and boiling.
