去冬今春,淮安市609个行政村中,有571个村进行了第五届村委会换届选举。原任村干部中共337名落选,占应选村干部总数的14.2%,其中:村主任落选的129名,村民委员会委员落选的208名。这些落选的村干部尽管是少数,但分析他们落选的原因,不仅可以看出群众对村干部的选择标准,给现任村干部一个有力的警示,也为我们今后加强村干部的教育管理提供了一些启示。这些村干部落选,基本上都是由个人行为造成的,大致有以下几种原因:1、精神不振。有些村干部缺乏起码的事业心和进取心,抱着“当一天和尚,撞一天钟”的态度,不主动考虑村里的事情,对待上级级布置的工作也能拖则拖。Z某任村主任3年多来,从不主动考虑自己的本职工作,在村班子中就像算盘珠,
To winter and spring, Huaian 609 administrative villages, 571 villages conducted the fifth village committees general election. 337 formerly elected cadres of the Chinese Communist Party lost their positions, accounting for 14.2% of the total number of elected village cadres, of which 129 were elected by village chiefs and 208 were elected by villagers’ committee members.
