现在社会的职业压力越来越大,因此针对职业压力的研究也越来越广泛。而在这其中,对于高校教师这一职业人们也更加重视,研究也越深入。笔者作为高职院校的青年教师,对于这一职业的压力深有体会。本文将从研究目的与意义,国内外研究现状以及研究成果等方面进行分析,更好的促进院校进行管理和青年教师的自身发展。
Nowadays, the occupational pressure in society is getting bigger and bigger, so the research on occupational stress is also more and more widespread. In this one, more attention is paid to the professors who are college teachers, and the research is more in-depth. As a young teacher in higher vocational colleges, I deeply understand the pressure of this profession. This article will analyze from the purpose and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad as well as the research results to better promote the management of colleges and universities and the development of young teachers themselves.
