该项目从城市设计着手,以逻辑有序的总体构图,简洁单纯的平面形式形 成新秩序、新肌理。强调向心性和有机生长,使这种新的城市肌理能够不断向 周边扩展与渗透。建筑群总体呈现中间低,周边高的碗状聚气形态,以减轻城 市热岛效应。交叉口处以退台式建筑为围合界面,风车型天桥为中心内容,在 建筑退台的屋顶花园与天桥上创造休闲、交往空间,树立“新街口”之整体形 象。
The project started with urban design, with a logical and orderly overall composition, a simple form of simple form of a new order and new texture.
