在贯彻《幼儿园工作规程》(试行)的过程中,我们深刻地认识到:促进幼儿的全面和谐发展是幼儿园教育工作的出发点和归宿。为促进幼儿全面和谐发展,我们积极探索并建立了幼儿园的教育目标体系。两年多来,我们在贯彻《规程》的实践中,针对过去存在的“内容在前,目标在后”的弊端,努力建立以目标为核心的幼儿园课程体系。一、目标体系的制定《幼儿园工作规程》从体、智、德、美四个方面提出了幼儿教育的总目标。为使我园在教育实践中贯彻这一目标,我们对总目标进行了分解,使之成为具体的、多层次的、可操作的目标体系。我园的目标体系,分为五个层次。第一层:幼儿教育总目标。即《规程》所提出的保育、教育目标。第二层:幼儿发展水平目标。第三层:班级学期目标。第四层:月目标。第五层:具体活动目标。
In the course of carrying out the Kindergarten Work Rules (Trial Implementation), we have profoundly realized that promoting comprehensive and harmonious development of young children is the starting point and end-result of kindergarten education. In order to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children, we have actively explored and established the education system of kindergartens. In the past two years or so, in the practice of implementing the “Regulations”, we endeavored to establish a kindergarten curriculum system with the goal as its core in the light of the shortcomings of “the content is before the goal and the goal behind” that existed in the past. First, the development of the target system “kindergarten working order” from the body, wisdom, Germany and the United States put forward the overall goal of early childhood education. In order for our park to carry out this goal in educational practice, we have decomposed the overall objective into a specific, multi-level and operational target system. I Park’s goal system, divided into five levels. The first floor: the total goal of early childhood education. That is, “rules” proposed conservation, education goals. The second floor: the level of early childhood development goals. The third floor: the target of class semester. The fourth floor: the month target. The fifth floor: the specific activities of the target.
