随着我国公立医院体制改革的深入进行,并颁布逐渐取消以药补医的政策。改革的实质是促进公立医院在维护其社会公益性的前提下寻求自身在市场经济环境中的生存和发展。这就对医院的管理工作提出了更高层次的要求,而医院财务管理是现代医院管理的基础和重要组成部分,是医院经济工作的核心。因此我国公立医院需要集中解决我国公立医院长期遗留的财务问题,加强和完善财务管理问题研究。
With the further reform of the public hospital system in our country, we have promulgated a policy of gradual abolition of the policy of supplementing medicine with medicine. The essence of the reform is to promote public hospitals to seek their own survival and development in a market economy under the premise of safeguarding their social welfare. This puts forward higher level requirements for the management of the hospital, and the hospital financial management is the basis and an important part of modern hospital management, which is the core of the hospital’s economic work. Therefore, public hospitals in our country need to focus on solving the long-term financial problems left over by public hospitals in our country and to strengthen and perfect the research on financial management.
