随着我国科学技术的不断发展,互联网金融也有了很大进步,金融和互联网的结合催生了新型金融模式——互联网金融。在电商金融领域,对经济和金融影响最大的就是互联网金融模式。为了更深入地了解该模式,本文分析了电商金融形成的背景以及电商金融的4个要素,并对目前电商的金融模式进行细致研究,了解其对金融的影响以及自身存在的风险,从而使相关部门能更好地引导互联网金融发展。
