合成了9种新的五苯并咪唑甲基二乙三胺双铜配合物,对配合物进行了元素分析、IR、UV-vis、ESR、磁性等表征。测定了配合物的儿茶酚酶活性及生物活性。配合物的双铜间存在反铁磁相互作用,Cu—N键具部分共价性。发现该类配合物具有体外抗癌活性和农药活性。
Nine new pentabenzimidazole diethyldiethylenetriamine bis-copper complexes were synthesized and the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis, ESR and magnetic properties. The catecholase activity and biological activity of the complex were determined. There is an antiferromagnetic interaction between the double copper complexes of the complexes, and the Cu-N bonds are partially covalent. The complexes were found to have anticancer activity and pesticidal activity in vitro.
