现有牧草切根机切根机构多采用从动式机构直接带动切根刀工作,存在草地切缝大、疏松范围广和扰动较高等缺点。对牧草切根机切根机构进行了创新设计,采用液压缸驱动平行四杆机构实现切根刀的锯切,利用机构往复幅度实现切根刀锯切时的稳定性。通过采用机液综合解析法设计计算,分析了平行四连杆机构的运动,建立了机构模型。通过对机构的仿真,实现了机构预期的运动要求。

Through the design and calculation by using the comprehensive analysis of machine and liquid, the movement of the parallel four-bar linkage mechanism is analyzed and the mechanism model is established. Through the simulation of the institution, the expected exercise requirements of the institution are realized.
