发展中国家正在出现一个管理者资产阶级。它包含了私人企业精英、公有企业的管理者和高级政府官员等精英群体,是发展中国家的统治阶级。面对跨国公司的进入,这个阶级一方面与跨国公司合作,另一方面又坚持民族主义的立场,因而并不是一个“买办”的阶级。跨国公司的所在地原则也推动了这个阶级的形成和巩固。这个统治阶级与跨国公司的所在地原则使得帝国主义已经让位于国际公司资本主义,因此,资本主义进入了一个后帝国主义的阶段。
Developing countries are emerging as a manager of the bourgeoisie. It contains the elite of private enterprises, managers of public enterprises and senior government officials and other elite groups, is the ruling class of developing countries. In the face of the entry of transnational corporations, this class, on the one hand, cooperates with multinational corporations and, on the other hand, maintains its nationalist stance and is therefore not a “comprador” class. The principle of the location of multinational corporations also contributed to the formation and consolidation of this class. The principle of the location of the ruling class and multinational corporations made the imperialists give way to capitalist international companies. Therefore, capitalism entered a post-imperialist period.
