一、职业技能开发体系建设的基本情况 1993年6月和1994年9月召开的全国职业培训工作会议提出建立职业技能开发体系的新思路,得到各级劳动行政部门和国务院有关产业部门、行业组织的劳资、教育部门以及社会团体和企业的理解、支持与配合。经过多方面的共同努力,一个以职业分类和职业技能标准为依据,以灵活的职业技能培训和社会化管理的职业技能鉴定为重点,以职业技能竞赛为推动力,以增强劳动者就业能力和工作能力,提高劳动力素质为目的的职业技能开发体系已初具规模。
I.
