通过论述对纽约进行绿色基础设施规划时所采用的方法,探讨了绿色基础设施规划中应考虑的设计因素。纽约南岸长岛区域受飓风破坏严重,作为纽约社区重建计划的一部分,基于绿色基础设施开发的综合规划包含愿景展望、基础设施与风险评估、必要性与机遇分析、长期弹性策略、寻求融资的基础设施项目开发与优化。项目分析了海平面上升、降雨强度增强对社区基础设施带来的风险,并且识别出应对的长期弹性策略。绿色基础设施的应用为弹性建设提供了可行性。同时简述了该规划设计方法在中国海绵城市规划设计中的应用及建议。
By discussing the approach used when planning green infrastructure in New York, the design considerations that should be considered in green infrastructure planning are explored. As part of New York City’s Community Redevelopment Program, a comprehensive plan based on green infrastructure development contains visionary perspectives, infrastructure and risk assessments, analysis of necessity and opportunity, long-term resilience strategies, financing seeking infrastructure Project Development and Optimization. The project analyzed sea-level rise, increased risk to community infrastructure by rainfall intensity, and identified long-term resilience strategies to address. The application of green infrastructure offers the flexibility to build. At the same time, the application and suggestion of this planning and design method in the planning and design of sponge city in China are briefly introduced.
