新的课程改革对各个学科的教育教学工作都提出了新的要求。高中语文教师在实施新课改教学工作的时候除了有了更大的机会发挥自身的主观能动性之外,还有了更多展示自身才华的机会。但是,新的教学环境也带给了所有教师新的挑战。本文旨在探究高中语文教学在新课改环境下,教师在实施教育过程中个人素质的提升方向和方法。
The new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for education and teaching in all disciplines. In addition to having a greater chance of displaying their subjective initiative, Chinese language teachers in high schools have more opportunities to demonstrate their talents when implementing the teaching of new curriculum reform. However, the new teaching environment has also brought new challenges for all teachers. The purpose of this paper is to explore the direction and method of enhancing the personal qualities of teachers in the process of implementing education under the new curriculum reform in senior high school Chinese teaching.
