基于ABAQUS软件建立了圆锥滚子轴承内圈冷辗扩封闭成形热力耦合有限元模型。通过对坯料辗扩过程中应力应变分析,获得了圆锥滚子轴承内圈辗扩过程中金属流动规律。结果表明,辗扩过程中金属流动由小端面向大端面。分析了封闭辗扩过程中坯料温度的分布规律,并与开式辗扩过程进行了对比。结果表明,封闭辗扩有利于改善端部质量,但辗扩时温度比开式成形要高。
Based on the ABAQUS software, a thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model of the inner ring cold rolling and expanding forming of tapered roller bearing was established. By analyzing the stress and strain during the blank rolling process, the rule of metal flow in the inner ring rolling process of tapered roller bearing was obtained. The results show that during the rolling process, the metal flows from the small end to the large end. The distribution of billet temperature in closed rolling process was analyzed and compared with the open rolling process. The results show that the closed roll expansion is conducive to improving the quality of the end, but when rolling out the temperature is higher than the open forming.
