离子选择性微电极(ISM)应用于生物医学组织细胞方面的研究,由于尖端小(1μm左右),采用中性载体PVC膜。故电极阻抗很高(大约10~(10)~10~(11)Ω)以及硅化、液膜长度等问题,使电极测试困难、稳定性较差、响应时间较慢并且寿命较短。针对这些问题我们参考了国外文献试制了同心轴ISM,改善了上述这些问题,并初步成功地进行了蛙缝匠
Ion-selective microelectrodes (ISMs) are used in biomedical tissue research. Due to the small tip size (around 1μm), a neutral carrier PVC membrane is used. So the electrode impedance is very high (about 10 ~ (10) ~ 10 ~ (11) Ω) and silicidation, the length of the liquid film and other issues, the electrode test difficult, poor stability, slow response time and short life expectancy. In response to these problems we reference the foreign literature trial concentric shaft ISM, to improve these problems, and the initial success of the frog sartorius
