为考察饲料蛋白水平对芙蓉鲤鲫幼鱼生长和体组成的影响,以鱼粉和豆粕为主要蛋白源配制蛋白质含量分别为27%、30%、33%、36%、39%和42%的6种饲料,饲养平均体质量为1.88 g的芙蓉鲤鲫60 d。试验在室内循环水养殖系统中进行,每种饲料3个重复,每重复随机放养80尾芙蓉鲤鲫。每天投喂2次(上午09:00和下午16:30),试验期间水温为26~32℃,溶解氧含量大于6 mg/L。结果表明:芙蓉鲤鲫幼鱼摄食上述6种饲料后,增重率分别为568.37%、619.66%、635.51%、743.88%、694.22%和683.88%,饲料系数分别为1.29、1.23、1.23、1.00、1.11和1.09,摄食蛋白质水平36%饲料的芙蓉鲤鲫幼鱼具有最佳生长性能。对全鱼体组成成分的分析表明:芙蓉鲤鲫幼鱼鱼体粗蛋白和粗灰分的含量随着饲料中蛋白含量的增加而增加(P<0.05),体脂肪含量呈下降趋势(P>0.05)。根据二次曲线模型得出芙蓉鲤鲫幼鱼对饲料蛋白的最佳需求量为38.25%。
In order to investigate the effects of dietary protein levels on the growth and body composition of juvenile Furong Cypriot carp, the protein contents of 27%, 30%, 33%, 36%, 39% and 42%, respectively, were prepared with fishmeal and soybean meal as the major protein sources Feeding, the average body weight of 1.88 g carp Lotus carp 60 d. The analysis of the whole fish body composition showed that the crude protein and crude ash content in the body of Furong carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) increased with the increase of dietary protein (P <0.05), the body fat content showed a decreasing trend (P> 0.05 ). According to the quadratic curve model, the optimal requirement of feed protein for Furong carp crucian carp was 38.25%.
