病历报告:患者刘万庆,女,61岁,农民。就诊日期:1986年8月30日。病历号040531.主诉:右下后牙肿痛两月余,伴右侧颞、颊部肿胀.现病史:两个月前右下后牙因食物嵌塞出现自发痛数日,随后右面颊部、颞部渐肿痛,在当地卫生院就诊,应用多种抗生素治疗达一个月之久,并行右下后牙槽脓肿切开引流术等,肿痛均未见其明显好转.来我院就诊时,右面颊部、颞部肿痛较重,患牙疼痛已缓解.既往史:半年前因车祸至左侧上、下肢行动不便,否认其它系统病史.
