目的对某采油厂职业病危害因素进行识别与分析,确定关键控制点。方法进行现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测及实验室分析,结合同类企业的运行现状确定关键控制点。结果该厂主要存在的职业病危害因素为硫化氢、“三苯”和噪声。各类毒物的检测合格率为100%,噪声的合格率为76.47%,超标点集中在注水泵房和电机房。结论关键控制点为硫化氢沉降罐量油孔口、增压站增压箱的放空口、储油罐的量油孔口、事故罐的量油孔口;“三苯”关键控制点为加药间的加药口;噪声关键控制点为注水泵房、外输泵房、电机房。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a production plant and determine the key control points. Methods To conduct on-site occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and laboratory analysis, and to determine the key control points based on the operation status of similar enterprises. Results The main occupational hazards of the plant were hydrogen sulfide, triline and noise. The detection rate of all kinds of poisons is 100%, and the passing rate of noise is 76.47%. The excessive points are concentrated in water pump room and motor room. Conclusions The key control points are the hydrogen sulfide settling tank oil hole, the pressurization tank venting hole of the pressurization station, the oil hole of the oil storage tank and the oil hole of the accident tank.
