随着雾霾越来越严重,环境问题也一再被民众所关注,而国家的政策也一直向减排、低碳靠拢,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家都越来越注重对环境保护的投入,成为众多国家未来发展的规划之一。我国在“十二五”期间也提出过,把低碳环保落实到未来中国城市发展中,所以城市规划中实现这一目标成为时下一个热点话题。本文根据目前中国的国情,分析了城市规划中低碳理念运用存在的问题,但也提出了相应的解决方案,为城市绿色环境贡献一点力量。
As the smog becomes more and more serious, environmental issues are also repeatedly noticed by the public, while national policies have been moving towards emission reduction and low carbon. Both developed and developing countries are paying more and more attention to environmental protection It has become one of the plans for the future development of many countries. During the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, China also proposed to implement low-carbon environmental protection into the urban development in China in the future. Therefore, achieving this goal in urban planning has become a hot topic nowadays. Based on the current situation in China, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the use of low-carbon ideas in urban planning, but also puts forward corresponding solutions to contribute a little to urban green environment.
