The Measures for the Administration of Funds for Central Financial Subsidies issued jointly by the Ministry of Finance and the State Forestry Administration not long ago were implemented on June 1. The Measures will integrate, improve and standardize the previous separate categorization of central government’s forestry subsidy policy with a view to deepening the reform, strengthening the use and management of funds for central fiscal forestry subsidies and raising the efficiency of capital utilization.
