培训项目效果评估是一个运用科学的理论、方法和程序。从培训结果中收集数据,并将其与整个组织的需求和目标联系起来,对培训效能的发挥程度或培训目标的实现程度进行分析、比较和判断,以确定培训项目的价值和质量的过程,其实质是对培训信息进行效益评价的过程。培训效果评估目的是系统地考核培训活动是否达到了预期的效果,评估的结果可为今后的培训项目提供参考。本文从培训项目效果评估的理论依据、影响培训项目效果的因素、设计培训项目效果评估方案和实施培训项目效果评估等方面进行了研究,阐述了培训项目效果评估是培训活动长期有效开展的重要保证措施,遵循良好的评估流程是有效进行培训项目效果评估的重要保证。
