宁南山区出口洋葱产业迅速发展,针对该地区气候特点,选择“美洲豹”、“红宝石”、“白珠”3个代表品种进行品质比较试验,以期为该地区出口洋葱品种的选择提供理论支持。结果表明:“美洲豹”产量、果实含水量、有机酸含量均显著高于其它品种,且可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比均显著低于其它品种;“红宝石”除可溶性糖含量和糖酸比显著高于“美洲豹”和“白珠”外,其它指标均处于中等;“白珠”产量、果实含水量和有机酸含量均显著低于其它品种。综合表明,“红宝石”适宜作为鲜食品种大量推广,“美洲豹”适宜作为深加工的品种进行推广。
