在设计电炉时,为了使电炉内各点温度均匀,合理布置电炉的加热器是一个主要措施。图1所示的电炉,上下和侧部都装有加热器,当电炉的上部温度低了(由热电偶1T测量),上加热器就工作(通电加热);侧部温度低了(由热电偶2T测量),侧加热器就工作;底部温度低了(由热电偶3T测量),下加热器就加热。热电偶4T是作辅助测量用的。这样,炉内各点温度就易于达到均匀了。
