用钢料作出来的工具,如不经过淬火,就发挥不出它的全部作用。尤其是切削工具和冲击磨擦等工具,如不经过淬火,则根本不能用。但淬火也不是件容易的事,最重要的就是他的温度不易掌握。各种钢都有它不同的淬火温度,如车刀钢在780℃淬火,锋钢则必须在 1280—1300℃。要知各种钢的淬火温度是很不容易的,即使知道了,而要具体掌握温度也是很不容易准确,用温度测定也很麻烦,这里有一种简单而且还适用(尤其在工厂中)的办法,现在介绍一下,以作大家的参考。
