对开裂后的L360钢级弯管进行了失效分析。对宏观和微观断口形貌进行了观察并对弯管的显微组织及力学性能进行了研究,对其元素组成及含量进行测定,分析了非金属夹杂物含量,分析弯管失效的原因。结果表明,弯管的化学成分组成及含量符合标准,断口呈现脆性断裂特征,弯管屈服强度和抗拉强度极高,伸长率和冲击功极低,内壁、外壁显微组织分别为马氏体、马氏体+贝氏体;显微组织异常是导致其开裂的根本原因。
The cracked L360 steel elbow was analyzed for failure. The macroscopic and microscopic fracture morphology were observed and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the elbow were studied. The elemental composition and content of the elbows were measured. The content of non-metallic inclusions was analyzed, and the reasons for elbow failure were analyzed. The results show that the composition and content of the bent pipe meet the standards, the fracture shows brittle fracture characteristics, yield strength and tensile strength of the elbow are extremely high, the elongation and impact energy are very low, the microstructure of the inner wall and the outer wall are respectively Markov Body, martensite + bainite; microstructure abnormalities is the root cause of cracking.
