目的探讨中西医结合护理对儿童支气管哮喘的疗效及影响。方法选择2012年3月~2014年2月70例支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为中西医结合组和对照组,每组35例。70例患儿均给予吸氧、抗感染、解痉及止咳化痰等综合治疗,对照组采用儿科常规护理,干预组采用中西医结合护理,观察两组疗效和护理前后肺功能变化。结果中西医结合组护理后33例依从性好,2例依从性差,依从率为94.29%;对照组护理后25例依从性好,10例依从性差,依从率为71.43%,两组间依从性差异有统计学意义。中西医结合组护理后显效9例,有效24例,无效2例;对照组护理后显效4例,有效25例,无效6例。两组护理的效果差异有统计学意义。护理前,两组用力肺活量、第1s用力呼气容积、用力呼气流量比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05),护理后,观察组肺功能改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理有效提高儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效和治疗依从性。“,”Objective To investigate the ef ects of Integrative care of traditional Chinese and western medicine in babies with bronchial asthma. Methods From January 2011 to February 2014, 92 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,each was 46 cases. The control group received routine pediatric care,while the observation group was treated with integrative care of traditional chinese and western medicine on the basis of routine care. The satisfaction,cure rate and treatment time of two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results There were 42 children whose age less than or equal to 3 years, 23 cases with complications, the incidence rate was 54.8 percents. There were 50 children whose age more than 3 years, 17 cases with complications, the incidence rate was 34.0 percents. There were five patients with pure heart failure, 40 cases with pure respiratory failure and heart failure. There were 13 patients with simple breathing, heart failure and acidosis, 25 patients with respiratory, heart failure, acidosis, and paralytic ileus. In addition to the above four kinds of complications, 4 patients had hyponatremia, their treatment time was respectively (8.3 ± 1.2), (10.4± 0.8), (11.9 ±2.4), (13.1 ±0.6), (15.0 ±2.1) days. The degree of satisfaction of observation group and control group were respectively 93.6%±4.2% and 74.8%±5.1%. The cure rates of observation group and control group were respectively 95.5%±2.4% and 75.7%±3.0%. The treatment time of observation group and control group were respectively 9.4±3.3 days and 11.1±2.5 days. Conclusion Integrative care can improve the cure rate in children with pneumonia and shorten treatment time.
